Is the trial class free?
Yes. You can book a free trial before choosing a paid learning plan, and no card is required for the trial request.
When will I be charged?
Monthly plans charge the displayed monthly fee when checkout is completed and renew monthly until cancelled. Three- and six-month plans charge the displayed total once in advance.
Can I change my class schedule?
Contact the admissions team before payment if you need a custom schedule. Changes after enrolment depend on tutor availability and the academy's scheduling policy.
Can I pay for more than one student?
Yes. Please request family pricing when enrolling three or more students so the academy can verify and apply the eligible discount correctly.
How are refunds and cancellations handled?
