Al Quran Academy provides online Quran and Islamic education services through live online classes.

Where a student is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian should be involved in the enrolment process, communication and payment arrangements.
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that the student has appropriate access to the required device and internet connection.
Class times are agreed between the customer and Al Quran Academy based on availability.
Once a class schedule has been agreed, the relevant teacher's time may be reserved specifically for the student.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide classes at the agreed times. However, schedules may occasionally need to change because of teacher availability, illness, technical issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Students and, where applicable, parents or guardians are responsible for:
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, reasonable advance notice should be provided.
Where appropriate and subject to teacher availability, we may offer a make-up class for a class cancelled with sufficient advance notice.
A late cancellation or failure to attend a scheduled class without reasonable notice may be treated as a used class.

Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, or another payment method clearly made available by Al Quran Academy at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, fees must be paid before the relevant classes or service period begins.
Where a recurring payment or subscription arrangement is offered, the customer will be informed of the applicable payment frequency and price before agreeing to the recurring arrangement.
Customers may request cancellation of future recurring payments by contacting us before the next billing date where reasonably possible.
Cancellation of future payments does not automatically create a refund for services already provided or class time already reserved, subject to applicable law and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
